Euthanasia & Cremation Pricing
Euthanasia Service (No Cremation)
Cats: $375
Dogs under 99 lbs: $425

Physical exam/consult, sedation to relax your pet, and the final euthanasia procedure. You are responsible for the legal disposal/burial of your pet if you elect not to pursue group or private cremation.
Group Cremation
Cats: $475
Dogs under 99lbs: $575

Following euthanasia, your pet will be cremated with other pets by Agape Pet Services. Your pet’s ashes will not be returned to you.
Private Cremation
Cats: $575
Dogs under 99lbs: $725

Following euthanasia, your pet will be cremated on its own by Agape Pet Services. The cremation process itself is completed in 3-4 business days and your pet is returned to you in a beautiful complimentary urn or scatter tube.
How quickly you are reunited with your pet depends on the delivery method you elect (i.e. delivery via local parcel service – $35.00), scheduled delivery via AYS/Agape, or client pick up directly from Agape/local primary care veterinarian who is also serviced by Agape).

Additional Costs
Telehealth: Decision-making and quality-of-life phone call
$150
During this 30-minute phone call, we will get to know your pet and discuss the quality-of-life concerns. We can also help you decide if end-of-life care is appropriate.
Without a valid veterinarian-patient-client relationship we are unable to prescribe medications, offer treatment recommendations, etc. This Decision-Making Telehealth consult is to deliver general advice, educational information, and teletriage from a licensed veterinarian to an animal’s owner.
Holiday Appointments
$100
Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Travel Fee
Inside Service Area: $75
Outside Service Area: $125 to $150
For Clients seeking medical care outside of our service area, please contact us first to see if we are able to travel to you.
Additional Handling
$50
An additional fee for fractious pets will apply as they often require more handling.

Same-day appointments, Saturday/Sunday appointments, and weekday appointments after 5:00 pm.
